North Community Services
Action on Hearing Loss North West Outreach and Domiciliary Care services offers a range of care and support services for deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing men and women aged 18 and over who may have additional needs such as learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical health problems.

Providing a service that is person-centred and focuses on what the people we support want and like
Promoting independence both in the home and community
Being adaptable and flexible
That staff have excellent BSL skills and deaf awareness
Working hard, often in partnership with other professionals or agencies, to provide opportunities for the people we support
Involving families and others who are important to the people we support
Our aim is to support people to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.
