Linkage Community Trust's Riverside property is situated closely to Seaton House, another LInkage property, and opened in March 1997. It is a purpose-built nine-bedded home. All service users are accommodated in single bedrooms. The recreational space consists of two large lounges, separate dining room, kitchen and utility room. There are bedrooms on both the first and ground floors with three bathrooms and four WCs. The building is sited in mature grounds through which flows the River Lud. The town centre is within easy walking distance.
