Richmond Northampton is an award winning retirement village situated on Grange Park in Northampton. At the heart of our Village is an award-winning 30 en-suite bedroom Care Home, providing nursing, dementia, respite and convalescent care.

• The very best care – Unlike in other traditional care homes our care manager is solely dedicated to managing resident care. Our Village manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Village such as buildings, administration, finance etc.
• Our carers, care! – We don’t expect our carers to serve meals, and clean; we have our own dedicated hospitality and housekeeping service to do this allowing carers to spend more time helping and supporting our residents. We were honoured to have been awarded a Certificate of Achievement from the Care Homes Monitoring Team of Northamptonshire NHS for 'good practice, continued development and commitment to excellence.'
• Activity & events team – Our dedicated activity team ensures there’s never a dull moment at Richmond Northampton. As the care home is part of the retirement village, it means there is often a choice of activities to attend at any one time. Our Activities Organiser, Chris Rayatt was a national finalist for Activity Organiser of the year in the Great British Care Awards 2013.
• The very best staff – The vast majority of our staff have been working at Richmond Northampton for a number of years, many since we opened in 2007. We help and encourage all our staff to further their career with on-going training and qualifications.
• Hotel style hospitality – Our catering and hospitality team delivers exceptional food and service. Although the care home has it's own restaurant, residents and guests are welcome to use the main Village restaurant if they wish.
