We welcome the opportunity to introduce you to Richmond
Court, so that you can experience for yourself the excellent
facilities coupled with kindness and care that we provide to create a
home amongst friends.
Family, friends and visitors are welcome to visit at any time.
We provide a quality service incorporating a very high standard of care
24 hours a day, our staff are experienced and trained in all aspects of
care to offer support and stimulation to residents. We offer a variety of
services ranging from personal laundry services to our
hairdresser visiting weekly.
With the services of an excellent chef and team our catering at meal
times provide an interesting and varied diet for our residents, special
diets & needs catered for-choices of dining communally or privately.
Our entertainment and activities programme is devised to provide an
interesting and stimulating time for all residents,
We offer a range of activities that occur daily inside and outside of the
home with our activities organiser involving all residents and family
where needed.
Our prime objective is to ensure all our guests regardless of their
medical or physical condition, regard the building as their home and the
staff as their friends and family. Resident’s confidentiality is paramount to us within the home,
our person centred approach to care means all our residents are treated as individuals.
