ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - REABLEMENT
The Reablement Service provides a free support service to people with a wide range of needs. This service is usually provided to people for up to six weeks to encourage them to achieve their goals and to be as independent as they can be. Along with the reablement care staff the service has an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist.
