ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - RADIS COMMUNITY CARE (READING)
We have a very experienced team here at the Reading Branch and we all work hard to ensure that our Service Users are fully supported in their daily lives. We have four Care Co-ordinators and around 70 Care Workers. The staff here are passionate about working in care and we feel that teamwork is the key to the branch running as a professional, dedicated and happy unit.
No matter what the situation, we pride ourselves on providing a high quality, consistent service. Because we love what we do; we do it with a smile. Training is very high on our priority list and that ensures that we are able to provide all of our services to the highest standard. We value and safeguard our Service Users and staff.
