Prospect House is operated by Humberside Independent Care Association (HICA). The home provides accommodation and personal care for people with a learning disability. It is located within a residential area of Goole, in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The home is on two floors and consists of four units, each with a kitchen, dining room, lounge area, bathroom and bedrooms. There is a large communal area on the ground floor that can be used for group activities.
