ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - PROSPECT HOUSE
Linkage Community Trust's Prospect House opened in February 1993, a detached property close to the centre of the market town of Spilsby in Lincolnshire. This residence is not identifiable externally as a care home and good community relationships exist.
There are six single bedrooms offering accommodation to the service users together with a large kitchen/dining room, lounge and utility room. There is some ground floor accommodation for service users and a choice of bathroom and shower room facilities. There is a pleasant, private rear garden and patio.
