ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - PRIORY PARK CARE HOME
Priory Park Care Home is part of the Four Seasons Group and provides residential and nursing care. It has two separate units that specialise in both general and dementia care. Priory Park employ experienced mental health and general nurses and have a comprehensive training programme for all staff.
It is situated in a quiet residential area in Penwortham near Preston.
Priory Park is more than just a nursing home, we strive to make it a residents' home, a place where they can maintain their independence and personal freedom and live their lives with enjoyment and fulfillment.
We aim to treat all our residents as we would wish to be treated ourselves. We also aim to provide person centred care and ensure that everybody has choice, privacy and that their dignity is respected.
FSHC have many years' experience of providing expert care to older and vulnerable people in a homely, family atmosphere. Everything is geared towards ensuring that our care home's residents are happy and our overall aim is to provide dedicated, personal care, tailored to individual needs. We provide full support to relatives including the opportunity to visit at any time.
We welcome private or local authority funded people. Whether its long stay or just for a weekend you can be assured of our full commitment in caring for you or a loved one.
The local area provides plenty of amenities and interest. There are good local transport links to help our residents and relatives access the local community.
