ABOUT PRC OUTREACH SERVICES
PRC Outreach Services is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care and support services to adults who live in their own homes.
We specialise in assisting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, and/ or sensory impairments, with ALL aspectsof daily living.
This includes personal care or housing related advice in people's own homes, activities in the community, 1:1 support to attend and participate in chosen day services, or shared care in supported living settings.
Support Plans are designed, agreed, and reviewed with YOU and your family.

Everyone is welcome to visit our new comminity coffee shop, gallery and 'Changing Places' facility in the heart of Penzance.
