Peel Gardens offers a high standard of individual nursing and dementia care for older people. We offer a range of facilities and services to ensure the comfort, satisfaction and safety of everyone who stays with us. Peel Gardens is characterised by a warm welcome and friendly staff. We encourage people to increase their independence through a range of stimulating and motivating activities. Our aim is to provide care and support people in a manner that puts dignity and respect at the forefront of everything we do.

Peel Gardens offers high quality nursing care to older people with dementia and we provide a number of facilities and services to ensure everyone who stays with us can feel at home and content.
We enable people to maintain lifestyles that are as similar as possible to those enjoyed at home. We encourage regular interaction with the local community, including contact with friends, family and local groups. We provide a safe and supportive environment and people are encouraged to take part in a wide variety of social and leisure activities. We provide 24-hour nursing care to everyone we support and care is provided by a highly-experienced nursing team accompanied by care assistants.
We believe that leisure and social activities form a central part of people’s happiness, health and wellbeing. Individual’s needs are always incorporated into any activity or event. We offer a range of therapeutic activities, including gentle physical exercise, arts and crafts sessions and trips in and around the local area. We also organise social activities, from providing regular entertainment to celebrating events and birthdays throughout the year.
Meal times are an important part of the day at Peel Gardens and our in-house kitchen staff prepare nutritious home cooked food and are always happy to provide for individual dietary requirements and preferences. We cater for individual likes and dislikes from a cultural, religious or choice perspective.
