Parkhaven@Home domiciliary service was set up by the Parkhaven Trust in April 2008. Based at the Willow Day Centre within the Parkhaven Trust estate.The service supports users in their own homes and within extra care housing schemes. It provides a wide range of services to support people with dementia, older people and people with learning and physical disabilities.
