ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - PARK LANE
Park Lane is registered to provide accommodation and nursing care for up to 48 older people. In the main, the ground floor accomodation is dedicated to caring for people requiring care and Dementia care. The second floor is dedicated to caring for people who have nursing care needs. The home provides trained Nurses who work on the first floor Nursing unit and trained care assistants who are responsible for the delivery of care on the ground floor unit. The Home is located on the outskirts of the small town of Biddulph in the Staffordshire Moorlands area. It consists of two storeys served by a passenger lift and there is a car parking area at the front of the Home. There are 20 bedrooms on the ground floor, which include 2 double bedrooms and 18 en-suit. There are 3 communal rooms on the ground floor consisting of a lounge, conservatory and a dining room. The Nursing Floor consists of 23 bedrooms which 3 are double bedrooms and 20 en-suit. There is a lounge and dining room. The Hairdressing Salon is also located on the Nursing Floor. Park Lane prides itself on being homely with Residents encouraged to personalise their rooms All rooms are well equiped with standard features such as televisions, smoke detectors, telephone points and nurse call systems.
