ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - OUTREACH OFFICE
The Outreach Office service provides support with personal care to people living independently in the apartments in complexes in the Headingley and Hunslet areas of Leeds and in the wider local community. Support is provided by a team of outreach workers and there is a 24 hour on- call facility available for people who use the service.
