Oaktree House is owned by Self Unlimited. The home offers personal care and support for seven people who have learning disabilities and/or a physical disability. The home is a detached purpose built house located in a village close to shops, a GP surgery and a pub. There is a train station at Tiverton, a town which is a bus ride away.
