Oakland care centre is situated in the heart of Moston Manchester. Our care centre is purpose built care home with spacious comfortable lounge and dining areas as well as spacious comfortable bedrooms that can be decorated to your own taste, and personalised with pieces of furniture, pictures and ornaments to help create that homely feel making your stay at oaklands comfortable.

Our person centred approach means that each resident is an individual treated with respect and dignity. Each resident has a named keyworker and an individual care plan. This will cover your  personal and medical history, as well as a record of paticular activities you enjoy and any cultural or religious aspects of your care. At Oaklands we have a excellent working relationship with the partners from our local GP practice. We very much recognise the importance of personal, individual and resident focoused care. To achieve this, good communication between all members of our care team, be they carers, nurses, relatives or doctors, is essential. Residents at oakland care home enjoy spending time in our lovely gardens, with comfortable seating areas so our residents can sit back and relax with friends and relatives. Bedrooms are idvidual and all tastefully decorated. Food is freshley prepared by our chef who provides home cooked meals that are well balanced nutritionally, we also cater for all dietry needs, snacks, fresh fruit and refrshments are available 24 hours a day.Oaklands has our own on site hair salon and a experienced hair stylist who visits once a week, we encourage our residents to maintain there hobbies however there is no pressure as each resident is treated as an individual, our activities aim to organise group and one to one activities, we are also situated near to the well known boggart hole clough which has a beautiful lake and a cafe which residents can enjoy in the summer time.
