ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - NORTH LANCASHIRE ASSESSMENT & REABLEMENT HOMECARE SERVICE
The North Lancashire Assessment and Reablement Homecare Service provides support for adults following injury or illness, who have been referred by social services. The aim is to enable people to live in the community independently. Following assessment, care is provided by the service or by other care agencies. The service is provided for a maximum of six weeks. An assessment is then conducted to identify those who require further help, which would be provided by other sources of care.
