Cornwall Care estabished its domiciliary service during 1998. Called My Choice, we provide care and support in your own home, wherever you live in Cornwall. We offer personal care, support to attend health care and other appointments and enable you to do the things you enjoy, such as shopping, visiting the cinema, attending your favourite event or going to the pub!
The purpose of My Choice is to support people to remain in their own homes and enjoy maximum independence. We will do this by talking with you and your family (if you wish) to establish what you want and need. My Choice will then tailor-make a service to suit you. We will continue to talk to you and should your needs change, so will the service you receive.
In addition to domiciliary care, My Choice provides supported living for a number of individual clients across the county. Again, this is a tailor-made service to suit the needs and wishes of clients and their families. My Choice employ a number of Support Workers who can work with the people requiring this service on a full or part time basis to ensure maximum opportunities for independence.
Cornwall Care deliver all of its services, including My Choice by recruiting highly skilled, enthusiastic and passionate staff. In addition we ensure that our practices are up to date and effective through ongoing education and practice development. Working with people of all ages and with a wide spectrum of need, our My Choice team are experienced and confident.
