ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MONTROSE
Montrose is a 21 bed residential care home situated in the centre of Dorchester, a market town in southern central Dorset, on the River Frome 20 miles west of Poole and 8 miles north of Weymouth.Montrose provides quality residential and respite care for the elderly who would like the best of both worlds; the ability to maintain their independence whilst having the reassurance of full time care available should they require it.All residents have their needs assessed prior to admission which, along with participation from the resident and their relatives, will be used to develop an individual care plan. We actively seek to encourage our residents to make their own decisions and choices, and invite active participation from family and friends.
