ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MLDP CENTRAL NETWORK
Manchester Learning Disability Partnership (MLDP) Chorlton and Didsbury Support Team is a service which provides support to people living in shared tenancies. It specialises in providing personal care to people with learning disabilities. The service provides support to people for significant periods during the day and throughout the night, including waking nights.The service has recently been restructured and the MLDP Central Support Team has now been incorporated within the Chorlton and Didsbury Team.
