Mencap in Kirklees is an independent local charity which is affiliated to Royal Mencap but completely separate from it. The Community Support Service is registered as a domiciliary care agency and provides a range of care and support services to young people and adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs. These include supporting people to access community based activities and personal care.
