ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MEADOWSIDE AND ST. FRANCIS
Meadowside and St Francis Care Centre is situated in a residential area in Plymouth, Devon. The Care Centre is divided into two units; St Francis provides nursing care for up to 44 people. This unit has a reputation for caring for people with complex care needs including tracheostomies. Meadowside, the other unit, provides personal care for up to 25 people.
