ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MCCH - 2 HERONDALE
mcch Herondale provides accommodation for up to eight adults that require mental health support.
People supported at Herondale will gain independence through a system of personalised support and risk management, reducing hospital re admissions, increasing community inclusion and involvement in activities that enhance mental and physical wellbeing and maintain skills. This will be achieved through person centred Goal setting for individuals.
Bedrooms are located on the ground and first floor and each person has their own room. Access to the first floor is either by stairs or lift.
