ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MANOR FARM CARE HOME
Manor Farm is a purpose built residential home with capacity for 81 residents over the age of 65 years with dementia care needs, general residential and general nursing needs. The home may admit people under 65 if their needs can be appropriately met. The home is divided into three separate units. All of the bedrooms are single with en-suite facilities.
Our helpful staff provide 24-hour care and support to help you maintain your chosen lifestyle, adapting as your needs change.
At Manor Farm, activities play an important role and we aim to enhance our residents’ quality of life by providing a varied range of social activities. The home encourages volunteering and works closely with local schools. We work closely with local colleges who are able to place apprentices wishing to pursue a career in care.
Set in East Ham, London- Manor Farm care home is close to local services and amenities, such as a GP surgery and Tesco. The Local GP visits the home regularly.
