Magnolia House is a care home providing accommodation for up to six people who require personal care and who have a learning disability. The home is wheelchair accessible. Accommodation is arranged over two floors with four bedrooms on the ground floor. The home is in a residential area on the outskirts of Maidstone, close to a local shops and bus routes.
