Situated in Chelmsford, Lyons Court provides residential care for up to twenty-six individuals with a friendly and professionally-run service, providing 24 hour care.Residents enjoy a relaxing environment where they can pursue an independent lifestyle, socialise and get to know others at their own leisure, while making full use of local amenities if they so wish.Personal care plans are set up to make sure that the appropriate care services are practised, in collaboration with community health teams and other healthcare professionals.
