ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - LYNFIELD
Lynfield provides accommodation and support for up to 9 adults with a Learning Disability and challenging behaviour. we are on the Norfolk and Suffolk boarder close to a small historic town of bungay and a short drive to Norwich and Gt Yarmouth which all the People we support access regularly for activities.
This vibrant and modern home provides a friendly and stimulating enviroment, which supports people to broaden their horizons. At Lynfield we have a beaytiful and very spacious garden, including trampolines, swings, flower gardens and vegetable patches. The latest addition to the Lynfield family are the chickens which the majority of the people we support enjoy caring for.
The layout of the home is also suitable for those with physical disability, Autistic spectrum disorder and for those leaving residential education, or people who want to improve their life skills.
Our skilled and friendly team work tirelessly towards helping people achive a more independent model of living and to realie their goals and aspirations .
