ABOUT LOVAT FIELDS VILLAGE
Lovat Fields Village in Willen, Milton Keynes, has 258 one and two bedroom apartments for people over 60. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. The majority of homes have their own balcony or shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent, purchase and shared ownership.

Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.
Since moving into the Village, Chris Willis, who has multiple sclerosis, says her health has improved beyond recognition. She used to spend most of her time in a wheelchair and couldn't walk but now with the support of her carers and some visits to the gym, the wheelchair is gone!
