ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - LIVINGSTONE COURT
Linkage Community Trust's Livingstone Court in Mablethorpe consists of seven purpose-built flats, five single person and two, two-person flats with attached staff accommodation. Each flat is equipped with its own kitchen/dining room, substantial lounge, single bedrooms and bathroom/shower and toilet facilities.
There are also an additional four single occupancy bungalows on adjacent land. These are two semi- detached properties which feature a kitchen/diner, bathroom and lounge.
Livingstone Court provides the opportunity for service users to experience what life is like in their own self-contained accommodation and for the nature and degree of support they require to be carefully assessed. Ultimately they will be able to decide, in close consultation with their families/carers, professional advisers and our own staff, whether or not they wish to move on into their own permanent accommodation.
