ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - LINFIELD HOUSE CARE HOME
Linfield House care home, located just outside of the centre of Worthing, is a purpose built home beautifully designed for residential and nursing care. The home, built in 2005, is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and has views overlooking the lovely Victoria Park. Linfield House offers generous accommodation including spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite shower facilities and a range of lounges and dining rooms which are focal points of the home.
Linfield caters for 54 residents across 5 suites which are delightfully positioned on three floors. Each suite contains a lounge and kitchenette area, for residents and relatives to make their own snacks and refreshments, if they so wish. The self-contained Richmond ground floor suite consists of 11 bedrooms, with a large lounge, kitchen, themed cafe and sensory garden for residents with dementia.
Meals are cooked and prepared at the home by Connect, an independent family run contract caterers committed to delivering seasonal fresh food with high levels of service.
Linfield has a highly skilled workforce who are trained in a wide range of areas to provide high-quality individualised care for residential and nursing clients 24 hours a day. Guild Care select staff with the right qualities to provide compassionate care and offer comprehensive training including specialist dementia sessions which are mapped to the Skills for Care 'Common Induction Standards'.
