Lincolnshire County Council Home Support Older People West is part of Lincolnshire Assessment and Reablement Service. It is registered to provide personal care to people over 18 years old living in Lincolnshire. It provides short term, intensive support aimed at improving a person's ability and promoting independence by encouraging and supporting them to undertake daily living tasks including personal care to enable people to continue to live in their own home.
