The Nominated Individual is Dr Jay Patel and there isn't a Registered Manager, although we have been told that the current manager will be submitting an application. The service is registered to provide the regulated activity 'personal care', providing domiciliary care to people living in their own rented flats. At the time of this review the service only had three people using it.
