ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - LEWISHAM NEXUS SERVICE
Lewisham Nexus Service provides personal and domiciliary care services for people with learning disabilities who live in supported housing settings. People using the service are aged 18 and above. Most placements are commissioned by the London Borough of Lewisham. At the time of our inspection the service was providing this care for about 30 people.
The service also provides day services, community support and a programme of work experience, training and employment opportunities.
