Lea House Residential Care Home has four floors; there is a passenger lift to all floors. Three of the twenty-four bedrooms are double rooms; these rooms have screens to give people privacy. There are gardens to the front and rear of the building, which are well kept. There are car parking spaces and a raised decked area leading from the conservatory at the back of the house. Ramped access is in place to the front door reception area.
