Kingly Care Partnership’s flag ship care establishment is Kingly House, a residential home with provision for 17 residents. Kingly House operates with an ethos emphasising a ‘homely’ concept and as such those who live at Kingly House are encouraged to consider the house, not only as the place where they live, but as a place they are proud to call home. This focus extends from the quality and arrangement of the furnishings, décor and cleanliness, to the ideal of the staff who view themselves as enablers - working to achieve a balance which provides an appropriate level of support for each individual while allowing the maximum level of autonomy, choice and functional and cognitive independence
