‘Kilkenny House is a ‘Very Sheltered Housing Scheme managed by Milton Keynes County Council where tenants occupy their own flats within a single building and where there are other communal amenities. Tenants who need support to retain their independence and enable them to continue living in their own home within the scheme receive domiciliary care support from care assistants based at the scheme. ‘Kilkenny House is not a care home.
