ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - KENT ENABLEMENT AT HOME
This service is provided by Kent County Council to provide mostly short term care and support for adults in their own homes. Care is usually provided for about six weeks. The service provides care for people who need short term rehabilitation after an emergency at home, or after a stay in hospital. The service provides long term care for a limited number of people with mental health problems.
