ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - JUBILEE VILLA LIMITED
Jubilee Villa Ltd has been providing services in Leicestershire for the past 12 years. We support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and those with mental health needs including dementia and Asperger’s syndrome.
We provide Supported Living and Domiciliary services.
We also have a 5 bedded registered home based in Barwell, specialising in supporting individuals with autism and complex needs.
We provide 1-1 and 2-1 staff support to individuals with complex needs including those who display challenging behaviour and those who have profound and multiple needs.
Our aim is to provide the best possible care, which ensures optimum health and well-being to all those we support. We do this by ensuring the individual is at the heart of all support planning, producing comprehensive person centred plans, health action plans communication passports and risk assessments.
All plans are reviewed monthly to ensure we are providing the correct support and that the individual is achieving their aims, dreams and ambitions.
We have an excellent track record with all professionals and have always been fully compliant with CQC.
We are part of the Leicestershire and Leicester City frameworks jointly with Skills For Living Ltd. We are also Approved Providers for Continuing Health Care Leicestershire Leicester and Rutland.
We have vetted, highly skilled, qualified and trained staff, who provide excellent standards of care and support. We have 24 hour on call teams to respond to emergencies, and to provide support to staff out of hours.
