ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - JUBILEE GARDENS
Jubilee Gardens provides supported housing for up to 16 people with enduring mental health needs aged 18 years and over. The project supports people to develop their skills in order to live independently.
There is a core unit of ten single bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Two lounges, a dining room, kitchen, laundry and staff office are situated within this building. When ready, people move from this unit into one of the semi-independent flats on site.
