ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - JONATHAN GRANGE NURSING HOME
Jonathan Grange is situated in the Mossley area of Tameside, Greater Manchester, near to the counties of Lancashire and Yorkshire, providing professional, compassionate care in a friendly and welcoming environment. The local area provides plenty of amenities and places of local historical interest. The home is close to local shops and public transport links. There is a designated car park.
Jonathan Grange Nursing Home provides 24 hour care and support for up to 28 people who require residential care and nursing care. Accommodation is provided in a purpose built building with single rooms on the ground and first floor levels. There is a lift available.
We are more than just a care home, we strive to make it our residents' home, a place where they can maintain their independence and personal freedom and live their lives with enjoyment and fulfillment.
We aim to treat all our residents as we would wish to be treated ourselves and believe that, while dementia or confusion might mean they can no longer independently it should not mean a loss of privacy, dignity or respect.
FSHC have many years' experience of providing expert care to older and vulnerable people in a homely, family atmosphere. Everything is geared towards ensuring that our care home's residents are happy and our overall aim is to provide dedicated, personal care, tailored to individual needs. We provide full support to relatives including the opportunity to visit at any time.
We accept local authority-funded clients. Jonathan Grange also welcomes day care visitors too.
