Jasmine provides support for up to nine people who have a learning or physical disability. Somerset County Council operates the home.
Jasmine is situated in a residential area of Glastonbury and is close to the town centre. Most parts of the home are on one level. The lower ground floor contains a self-contained one bedroom flat.
