Inwood House in Horbury is a trusted provider of care for elderly people, placing great emphasis on the residents individuality and personality, whilst maintaining their dignity.
Established in 1983, the family run care home is set in attractive landscaped gardens, close the centre of Horbury, approximately two miles from Wakefield.
Our care home’s staff provide around the clock care and support to our clients, helping them maintain a positive outlook and encouraging them to learn new skills.
The home provides accommodation for up to 35 elderly people over two floors, accessible via a passenger lift and offers comfortable communal lounges, dining areas and bathing facilities. The home is proud to have received an excellent 5 star food hygiene rating, achieving the internationally recognised Quality Standard BS EN IS9001 : 2008 along with consistently receiving good reports from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
