Independent Living Alternatives (ILA) is a small domiciliary care agency which has been registered to provide personal care. Its aim is to enable people to manage and have control of the service they receive. Personal assistants (PA's) are introduced or assigned to support people to live their lives independently. PA's are either employed by the Personal Assistant User (PAU) or by ILA.
