Hylton House provides personal care, support and accommodation for a maximum of six younger adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment. The service provides 24-hour care and support and accommodation is provided over three floors.There is a lift and the home is suitably designed for people who use wheelchairs.
