Situated close to the centre of Nelson, Lancashire, Hulton Drive is a modern purpose-built 30 bedded care home which offers a range of care including Dementia and Residential care.
Meet the team
At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
A choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals and complementary wine which are served in one of our dining rooms or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.
Hobbies and interests
Residents enjoy planning activities with our Activities Co-ordinator, the calendar of pastimes is displayed in the home, this includes:
• Baking
• Gardening
• Quizzes
• Musical events
Many of our Residents find spending one-on-one time with our members of staff particularly enjoyable.
Outdoor areas
Our attractive courtyard garden and decking areas complete with comfortable seating are popular with green fingered Residents who enjoy helping to keep the raised flowerbeds looking good.
Our conservatory not only offers a tranquil place to relax, socialise and enjoy the sun all year but it is also a great place for families to catch up.
