ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HULL SHARED LIVES SCHEME
Hull Shared Lives Scheme is operated by Kingston Upon Hull City Council and provides a service to people over the age of 18 with a primary need of learning disability, mental health or physical disability to remain in the community and to live in a small family setting.
The scheme approves Shared Lives Carers and matches people who have been referred to appropriate placements. The scheme's office is in the East of the city of Hull.
