When you find it harder to do all the things you used to do with ease, or your parents are struggling but don’t want to be a burden, then you can rest assured that we are here to help maintain independence and facilitate activities so day to day life can be about living, not just managing.
Be it personal care after an accident or operation, or managing with an illness, we can help with any of your non-medical needs. A big part of what we do is about maintaining people’s independence, so if you feel that you could do more with someone to assist you on shopping trips, excursions or with light duties round the house then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
A list of services we provide is available on the Services page. It is extensive but not exhaustive as we are flexible and open to meeting your needs in any way we can.
We always send the same CAREGiver to a client (barring holidays or illness) and we take up six references as well as an enhanced CRB check so you can be sure that our CAREGivers are trustworthy people. They are selected for their compassion and willingness to make a difference in the lives of senior citizens and they are also trained to a high standard by us before they go into a client’s house in a three day induction programme. We also believe strongly in on-going training for our staff and offer a range of additional courses, often in conjunction with other specialist organisations to ensure that our staff is always using best practice.
We want to change the face of aging by becoming the most admired care company in the country. We can only do this by delivering our promise of reliability, responsiveness and providing CAREGivers trained beyond the norm.
