The Care We Offer
?We pride ourselves on offering a highly specialist care service for those with dementia and related illness. We offer this service with a personal touch. We are pleased to accept residents over the age of 55, for long term, short term, convalescence, respite and holiday stays.
Our Home
Highlands is a spacious, detached, Grade 2 listed Georgian house with a large enclosed, mature, rear garden in St. Leonard’s Road, Exeter. There is a range of shops in Magdalen Road known as “The Village”. There is a frequent bus service which passes through St. Leonard’s Road to service the Royal Devon& Exeter Hospital and links up with the Bus and Rail Stations. There are various Doctor's Surgeries nearby and easy access to the CoE St. Leonard’s Church or other religious churches such as the Roman Catholic Church in South Street or The Mint Methodist Church in Fore Street, Exeter.
The home provides accommodation for up to 26 residents. Some rooms have en-suite facilities and the home has a full passenger lift and wheelchair access throughout.
Highlands Care Home has been operated for many years and the home has an established reputation for providing the highest levels of care to our residents in a safe and secure environment. We provide a comfortable and homely environment for our residents with good food, regular activities and a home from home feel.

?The activity programmes provided are tailored towards people's choices and capabilities.We have our own activity team arranges daily programmes. We also arrange regular outside entertainment such as live music, drama therapy, pet therapy and fashion show.
