Highfields Shared Lives Team provides a service to people who require help so they can live a full and active life. People who require support are matched to carers who will be able to provide them with the support required. Support is provide in three different ways; long term stay, short breaks and a home based support system. The home based support system does not include personal care and therefore is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
