High Meadow Nursing Home is situated in the historic cathedral city of Canterbury, in Kent.
Individuals needing the extra support and care of a qualified Nurse can be catered for at High Meadow Nursing Home. We have the facility to provide 34 people with nursing and personal care requirements and those living with dementia.
A Registered Nurse is on duty 24 hours a day along with care staff. The care offered is designed to the individual’s needs and is person-centred. The homes work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that medical needs can be met. Although pre-admission assessment is completed by a suitably trained professional to ensure that the homes are able to meet the individual’s needs.
We provide 24 hour high quality care, encouraging and enabling residents to use the facilities to maintain an independent and a fulfilled life.
We encourage families of all our residents to get involved with the Home and work with us to provide the best service possible.
We accept local authority-funded and continuing care funding clients.
